REMINDERS: 1. you can inquire regarding the item you like anytime by 
commenting on the photo or pm or text 2. comment "mine" on the item you will 
want only IF you are 101% sure of buying the item 3. submit the official order 
form immediately (PLEASE DO NOT FORGET) 4. a confirmation will be given to you
 acknowledging your reservation  5. Reservation is GOOD FOR 2 DAYS only. once 
item is not claimed you will be labeled as a BOGUS! 6. note that we don't accept
 cancellations, returns or exchange. once you comment "mine" it will be considered
 reserved and sold. 7. for outside Baguio transactions:
 a.you can pay via LBC,Western Union, or credit to my BDO  account.
 b. once payment is received by us we will be shipping ur item 
c. once your item is handed to the courier, we will not be held  liable for any damage or loss or delay  
d. you will receive the item within 1-2 working days after
